Twenty-five years in the trade.

I began my career in the electrical industry in 2007 with a small company specializing in the cleaning, testing, and maintenance of circuit breakers. Starting on the technical side gave me a strong foundation in electrical equipment and the critical role reliability plays in industrial and commercial operations.

As I transitioned into sales, I quickly learned that success required much more than product knowledge. The early years involved countless phone calls, challenging conversations, and a steep learning curve as I worked to understand customer needs and industry demands. Through persistence and hands-on experience, I developed both technical expertise and a customer-focused approach.

After several years, I advanced to Sales Manager, where I built and maintained strong relationships with customers across a wide range of industries. One of the most valuable lessons I gained was understanding the true impact of downtime on a customer's operation. By taking the time to learn each client's unique challenges, I was able to provide solutions that helped minimize disruptions, improve reliability, and support their long-term operational goals.

Today, I bring nearly two decades of experience in circuit breakers, electrical equipment, sales leadership, and customer relationship management, combining technical knowledge with a practical understanding of what matters most to the people who rely on critical power systems every day.
